This is a Time Life Executive Desk Chair, model ES104, initially designed in 1961 by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller. Overall, this chair is in good condition. The front of the seat sags slightly. This model features a manual lift mechanism.

Please see photos. The piece features a gray powder coated aluminum frame, and it has 4-Star swivel base on casters. This example dates to 1986 and is stamped as such. This model is slightly less wide than the Time Life Lobby Chair.
