The Eames Soft Pad Management Chair model EA435 has a contoured aluminum frame with 2 thick cushions. There is some slight scuffing at the base of seat corners but this under pad.

Manual Seat height Adjustment, Back Tension Control, Fixed Arms, Black Leather on 5 star base with hooded casters. The armrests and base have some signs of wear, see pics. The leather is in excellent condition, it has been well maintained with no rips or tears.
